- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 ounce vanilla infused simple syrup, reserve half for glass rim
- 1/8 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 ounces whipped cream, reserving one ounce for topping
To a blender add White Cranberry juice, pumpkin puree, vanilla infused simple syrup and whipped cream. Rim a martini glass with vanilla syrup and graham cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into rimmed glass and add dollop of whipped cream with a sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs on top.
Tip: add 2 ounces of your favorite vodka to make into a cocktail.
